“Angela was our guide. When I asked her about the vineyard or making wine, she was very knowledgeable. She has a pleasant personality and good English. I loved seeing how they made wine in the 1700’s, cement and stone fermentation tanks, a stone press, a gravity flow system for the grape juice and 10 thousand liter wooden barrels for holding the wine. The wine tasting was a nice ending for the day.
