“Hele gezellige en gepassioneerde gids! Eerst uitleg over de biodynamische manier van wijn maken en een wandeling door de wijngaarden met uitleg over de druiven en het groei- en plukproces. Daarna een bezoekje aan de diertjes en dan aan tafel voor de proeverij. We hebben twee witte, een rose, een rode wijn en twee soorten grappa mogen proeven. Ook kregen we vleeswaren, kaas en brood. Er werd meermaals gevraagd of je een bepaalde wijn nog wat extra wilde proeven. We hebben er 2,5 uur gezeten! De open flessen wijn hebben we mee mogen nemen, en ook hebben we 5 extra flessen gekocht.”
