When we arrived in Sintra, we met the guide (who arranged the tour) while we waited for a driver. At this point things began to get skecthy. Because our driver didn't show up (accident or traffic, I'm still not sure) he instructed us to follow some other "random man" who took us a couple blocks away and put us in a tuktuk. It was just an hour with a bunch of people and no one educated us on the boat tour. Andre makes up for it all because he told us about the river and took us to several look outs.
